Zylphia Stand-up Collar Blouse

The blouse is made using 100% Cotton fabric. Cotton is soft to touch, does not harm your skin in any way & can be worn outdoors without worrying about the heat. The beautiful, ruffled stand-up collar gives the blouse a Victorian look. The collar is just high-enough to cover the neck but will not irritate/tickle.
